Confirm expected audio/voice message length/limit?

I couldn't find documentation or answer via (support) rooms to this

As title, would someone be kind enough to confirm the expected audio/voice message length/limit behaviour?

FYI I'm on iOS and experience a 5m limit and my counterpart is on Android and experiences a 2m limit

Aside, these limits seem a bit odd/arbitrary so perhaps it's a bug?:

• If yes then be useful to raise awareness and get it fixed
• If no then I wish to question the associated UX decision(s)
