Feature Request: Background download of Videos (media)

Requesting to add a simple feature, that allows background downloading of shared videos.

USE CASE:

• All Users and the server are on a high speed network.
• User A shares a recorded video with User B, which is about 2.3 MB.
• User B sees the video shared after two hours on the feed, clicks it.
• User B cannot play the video, as on the selection, is when it actually starts downloading the video. The interface was only showing the thumbnail.
• User B, doesn't understand why the video is not playing, and tells User A, the video doesn't play.

Requesting the following feature:

• Add somewhere in the interface / settings, that we can toggle to background download videos.
• Add somewhere, which also shows, that what percentage of video is already downloaded. (Maybe a circle on the video).
