Setting to change notification content

I'd love to have the ability to change what kind of information notifications display. In the "old" element app we had "New Message" as notification which I personally like as no message content is displayed as long I don't unlock the app. Element X on the other hand does display full message content including sender which I. Before someone says "yea you can change that in the settings of your device" no I do not mean the lockscreen notification. I'll add a screenshot below showing the differences. Keep in mind the phone is unlocked
