[Feature Request] - Handle messages containing mentions as a regular message if a certain number of users are mentioned

What would you like to do?

Because of the recent increase of people mass @'ing large rooms in order to disrupt them, it would be nice to be able to ignore mentions from messages when more than 5 or 10 people are mentioned at a time.

If more than the number of people are mentioned, it's treated like a regular message and if your settings are set to "Mentions and Keywords only", you would get no notification at all.

Why would you like to do it?

This would help regular users ignore intentionally disruptive people.

How would you like to achieve it?

Maybe by adding a configurable setting in Notifications

Currently when this happens I mute the room and right click the room to mark it as read, but then I need to remember to unmute the room afterwards and since this occurs so frequently it's not an ideal system.
