Should be possible to hide the current homeserver public room list

What would you like to do?

At the moment, the currently signed into homeserver will always have it's room list appear at the top of the room list search. I'd like to hide this from the list and instead only show those listed in the config (and/or the user's own curated list of servers)

Why would you like to do it?

Some homeservers are deliberately registration only (such as fosdem-attendees.ems.host) and shouldn't prioritize their own room list above federated ones.

How would you like to achieve it?

Config flag in config.json that disables the current homeserver's room list. A nicer solution might be the homeserver itself flagging it's room list as "undesirable".
