What would you like to do?
Send permalinks to messages originating in a DM
Why would you like to do it?
Either to reference them internally within the DM or outside the DM to bring the person back in.
How would you like to achieve it?
The pill for a permalink could be aware of which room it's in. If the permalink is in a DM and in the room it references, the pill text should say "Message from $sender" (where sender is the target event sender, if known). When the permalink points to a message in a DM, but is not sent within the referenced room, the pill text should say "Message with $opponent".

Currently the pill text says "Message in Alice", but Alice isn't a room - they're a user.
