Send media with captions #28337

Your use case
Element web now supports rendering media captions via element-hq/matrix-react-sdk#43
But as best I can tell, there is no way to send media with captions in Element (web or otherwise).
I thought there would be an existing issue for this but could not find it, so I am making that wishlist request via this issue.
Have you considered any alternatives?
