Can't verify my device

Steps to reproduce

1. I logged in my account (provided by my university)
2. After I logged in, I try to verify my device
3. I use my phone (FluffyChat) to verify
4. Emoticons show up to verify
5. I accept it on both devices
6. FluffyChat closes the pop-up, verification finished on my phone
7. Device listed as verified on my phone
8. Element is stuck on a loading screen and it doesn't finish
