Visual Artifacting in Windows Client

Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
   I started by installing the Element client today and linking it to my recently created matrix homeserver account. Upon opening the application, I see terrible visual artifacting based on a few triggers I've noticed.

2. What do you click?
   The visual artifacting starts when I hover over most any button, and when I start typing. It will even progress the visual artifacting when I'm typing in a completely different active window.

3. More steps…
   Not much more to add to what I'm experiencing besides all my graphics drivers are up to date and I experience this issue nowhere else on my system, including other Chromium-based apps.

What did you expect?

I expected the client to appear and function normally

What happened instead?

It did not and white line artifacts came

That seems to have fixed it, an embarrassingly easy fix, thank you!
