"Empty room" instead of the space name, when creating a new space

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new space - public or private.
2. Observe the screen where you land after the space has been created.

Outcome

What did you expect?

In the copy of that screen to see the name of the new space.

What happened instead?

I see the "New room" instead of the space name.

Screenshots below, one for private and one for the public space as the screen is different, but both have the same issue. The corresponding translation keys are private_personal_description and setup_rooms_community_heading.
