Invited to a Room that does not exist, cannot leave, cannot deny, permanent 1 new notification #32802

Steps to reproduce
I assume this happened because I did not respond to it for several months, perhaps the user who sent the invite was deleted or something. I cannot use the /rageshake to send a log because there isn't a dialogue with which to use it. I do not want to be notified about this nonexistent room until the end of time, the permanent red dot is very distracting and makes it harder to notice any real notifications.
Outcome
When attempting to accept:
MatrixError: [403] You are not invited to this room. (https://matrix-client.matrix.org/_matrix/client/v3/join/!AwLWJVWRKeiOpmYxWs%3Anadeko.net)
When attempted to reject invite:
MatrixError: [403] @redacted:matrix.org not in room !AwLWJVWRKeiOpmYxWs:nadeko.net. (https://matrix-client.matrix.org/_matrix/client/v3/rooms/!AwLWJVWRKeiOpmYxWs%3Anadeko.net/leave)
When attempting to deny and block:
MatrixError: [403] @redacted:matrix.org not in room !AwLWJVWRKeiOpmYxWs:nadeko.net. (https://matrix-client.matrix.org/_matrix/client/v3/rooms/!AwLWJVWRKeiOpmYxWs%3Anadeko.net/leave)
