Reply previews look somewhat broken

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the 'reply' button on someone's message

What did you expect?

Not sure exactly, I just remember the UI looking tidier somehow.

What happened instead?

The reply contents are flush with the left edge of the container and the drop shadow bleeds through the bottom edge. The verification shield also looks a bit out of place (it's small and aligned with nothing).

We talked about this in the Web Chapter but were unable to really come up with a root cause. For what it's worth, I don't think we've found a way to repro it in develop or older clients. @robintown Do you still see this on develop?
