Your use case
What would you like to do?
Keep the cursor in the room search bar at its most recent position when returning from a room, rather than resetting it to the start.
Why would you like to do it?
Although resetting the cursor’s position isn’t a major usability problem, clicking the search bar to edit the terms would move the cursor anyway; preserving the cursor’s most recent position would make the application more consistent.
