Display calls like phone calls for DMs #5899

What would you like to do?
In Element Classic, calls were displayed analogous to phone calls as they're normally displayed on the phone UIs: they show who called and the status of the call (e.g. missed). It would even show a Call Back button in the missed call case. Element X doesn't do that and shows the same UI for all calls. I think the current UI seems more driven to make sense for group calls, but for DMs, it's nice having this info.
Why would you like to do it?
I'm most interested in knowing who called whom and also if a call was missed. I also like knowing how long the calls were (also displayed in Element Classic), which is also standard for displaying calls in the Phone/Calls app usually on smartphones.
How would you like to achieve it?
The UI was pretty good in Element Classic, so copying it would work.
