ess-community with Tailscale

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
I found it difficult to self-host any server due to CGNAT. Always ports are closed. Therefore Tailscale is the best option.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to run ESS-Community server with Tailscale for group of friends and family within tailnet. Secure and private for communication among small circle.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Guy like me and others behind CGNAT, Tailscale is the only option.

Additional context
I request the Dev and community members to kindly make a guide/ readme for ess-community with Tailscale.

Hi, this seems like a sensible request. We've got other reverse proxy example configurations at https://github.com/element-hq/ess-helm/blob/main/README.md#example-configurations where I think this would naturally slot in.

We'd happily accept PRs to add an example configuration, however it isn't currently a priority for the dev team. Some hints/high-level instructions were shared in the ESS Community room yesterday that look like a good starting point for yourself or another community member to develop this example configuration.
