NBD export fail "nbd0: truncated" to mount with block size other than 512

Hi All,

Could you help us to look into this issue whether is relate to this? NetworkBlockDevice/nbd#157
Due to this issue was closed by @elemental-lf #12
However, we also found that bs problem when using other than 512,

Due to when we use default block size 512 then mount and installation iso can complete, but other than 512 we found that "nbd0: truncated" error message then mount/installation fail.
