Consolidate results and Display Test reports once for multiple dbt projects

There can be a scenario of having multiple DBT projects.
It might be beneficial to have single dashboard for all the test runs across multiple separate DBT projects.

As edr report use only last invocation, if you don't run the entire dbt project and use a selection, elementary report is also incomplete.
