Add “Good First Issue” to labels 

### Problem

GitHub makes use of this label on its “contribute” sub page for repos, but developers don’t make use of it when it’s not already added to repos

### Proposal

We should make sure the “Good First Issue” label is available and consider replacing the “bitesize” label so we make sure it gets used
