Broken right click menu in category view

What Happened?

This only happens in category view. The raster view and search view behave normally.

the first time after boot, right-clicking any item in the application menu, no menu shows up. It is impossible to get anything

after left-clicking any app, the menu gets unstuck : Any right click, ever, now has only the menu of the last left-clicked app.

This behaviour is observed since a couple days. It could be older as application-menu is only occasionally used.

Steps to Reproduce

-Open application-menu in category view
-right-click any app
-open an app with Actions
-right-click any app

Same behaviour as Raster and Search
