Window keeps moving between workspaces when shortcut is not held when animation is not finished #2766

What Happened?

Steps to Reproduce
- Use the
Super+Alt+ arrow to move window to another workspace - Before the animation has completely finished, release the shortcut and switch back to the original workspace with
Super+ arrow - The window follows the workspace, even though you're no longer pressing the shortcut
Expected Behavior
The shortcuts should only act when being pressed
