Can't install driver for RTL8192EU #235

Hello. How to install driver for USB wifi adapter TP-Link TL-WN821N v4.0?
On previous versions of Elementary OS the Internet fell off but the fix worked https://github.com/pvaret/rtl8192cu-fixes.
Unfortunately this fix does not work on the latest kernel versions.
