Get rid of all the useless shit you've added to Hello theme

The whole POINT of the Hello theme is to be ultra lightweight, but yet, you keep adding more and more useless features that we need to disable, the most recent of which is of course, the needlessly intrusive admin menu item. GET RID OF IT ALL. Revert the theme back to being a shim that enables Elementor to work without distraction, and then STOP PROGRAMMING.

No, that's no good. I use Hello on all of my sites because it's supposed to be lightweight and minimalist.

This should have been a new fork called Complex Theme That No One Asked For so that people using the old Hello were not burned.
