communication Error - Robot doesn't react

Hi,

i have a problem connecting the robot. It seems to be the same problem described in
Issue MyCobot Pi 280 - joints communication error #4

There´s no communication to the joints

I think there´s also something wrong with the atom board
The LED´s are only "on" while atom is connected via USB

Anybody an idea what the problem is? I think it is a hardware problem, but still unsure.

some more information:

• Elephant Robotics already sent me a new atom board => after changing still the same behaviour
• I also changed the Raspberry PI => same behaviour

I am thankful for any Response, i have no more ideas

Hello. I have the same problem with mine. Have you managed to solve the joint communication error? Several users have reported the same problem but there is no response or someone who has solved this issue as of yet.
