Can't flash Calibration in Windows11 for  myCobot-280-M5

Hello! 
I tried to flash Calibration for myCobot-280-M5, but I failed everytime.
I have tried to flash it in MyStudio 3.6.0,3.6.1 and 3.6.4, and v1.2\v1.0 of Caibration, but all of those didn't work out .
It just keep showing this:
