[Feature Request] Detect shows that were removed from RD cache, delete them from plex, and re download a new source.

Issue
Sometimes files are removed from RD cache, however they will still show up in Zurg and in Plex. This causes Plex to fail to load a show with an error "Transcoder Error", as the file is listed on the filesystem, but not actually available in RD.

Proposed Solution
Since Plex_Debrid is already capable of searching for new movies, as well as searching the RD cache, it would be ideal if this tool could:

1. Scan for any folders that are no longer available in RD cache.
2. Delete them from plex, because the show it not truly available
3. Delete the record PD, if its still there (I don't think it is)
4. Trigger a new search for the watched show
5. Add it back to plex

This is the only downside I've encountered with PD, it would be awesome to patch edge case, which has become more common over time. Happy to lend some development time on a PR if pointed in the right direction.
