ignored.txt items dont get added to ignored media

When feeding your new version 2.96 with an "ignored.txt" file it ignores some of them not which the old version 2.95 did ignore as intended.

Here are examples which wont be added to ignored media with 2.96 but with 2.95:

1. the.lord.of.the.rings.the.rings.of.power
2. orphan.black.echoes
3. star.trek.lower.decks.S04.

On the other hand these are added to ignored media with both versions:
2) another.life
3) foundation
6) pachinko.S01.

The ignored txt looks like:
the.lord.of.the.rings.the.rings.of.power
orphan.black.echoes
star.trek.lower.decks.s04.
pachinko.s01.
another.life
foundation

Unfortunatley I couldnt find any good reason for this behavior.

Some character replacements have been updated to better handle punctuation in titles as part of this commit.
You can manually update your ignored.txt with these values (or just let PD run and it'll re-add them back onto your ignore list):

the.lord.of.the.rings.?.the.rings.of.power
orphan.black.?.echoes
star.trek.?.lower.decks.S04.

Actually I create my own ignored file with another script to aggregate information of several users and being more flexible about it. But this helped me fixing it.
