Prevent same timestamp for multiple events #9

There are video learning events with the same timestamp in https://github.com/elimu-ai/ml-event-simulator/blob/main/lang-ENG/android-id-e387e38700000001/version-code-3001018/video-learning-events/e387e38700000001_3001018_video-learning-events_2024-10-22.csv
Fix this by generating a different timestamp for each event. See simulate-video-learning-event.py.
Why?
The simulated data should reflect real-world data as much as possible. And a student would not be opening two videos at the exact same timestamp.
