Actively maintained fork available

Hi Eliot,

I've been using real-world-rails extensively and noticed it hasn't been updated since July 2024. I've created an actively maintained continuation at https://github.com/steveclarke/real-world-rails with the following changes:

• All 200+ submodules updated to their latest commits
• Fixed branch tracking for repos that renamed master to main
• Removed 2 dead submodules (heaven, hound)
• Added new apps: Upright, Fizzy, Campfire (37signals), Gumroad, Posse Party, RailsEventStore/ecommerce
• Removed the legacy Ruby inspector tooling (agents do this better now)
• Added convenience scripts (bin/setup, bin/update, bin/status, bin/add)
• Weekly automated submodule updates via GitHub Actions
• Updated README for the agentic coding era

If you're no longer planning to maintain this repo, you're welcome to point people to the fork or transfer ownership. Either way, thank you for creating this project — it's been an incredible resource for the Rails community.
