[dinput8] No One Lives Forever 2 / Contract J.A.C.K. "FixHighFrequencyMouse" not working

When using FixHighFrequencyMouse on these two games, at higher mouse frequencies, aiming is still messed up, giving it a "wavy" feel. Lowering my mouse's polling rate to 125 fixes it though.
