Tooba: Add information about the Questionnaire and approach for capturing community practices

Initial discussion from EIP co-locate with ELIXIR AHM 2025:

Capturing community practices Questionnaire [deadlines: revised version of questionnaire: end of July, representative example on data life cycle diagram: ???]

Context:

• What are we asking for?
  • Describe the good thing you have done and would suggest that other try to adopt with some detail on which tools and approaches you used
  • Articulate challenges in integrating or sharing the data you are working on in a way that makes it fully FAIR, e.g. are there resources that ELIXIR should offer that you couldn’t find or simply does not exist? It could be standards, training materials, tooling, …
• What does the output look like?
  • Now – Interoperability stories of previous work programme and few example of WP3/WP4 activities
  • Later – envisions something that will help the user in FAIRification via the Library of interoperability stories (perhaps refer to WP description or interop story on EOSC association activity)
  • Finally – Where do the end results live? E.g., FAIRcookbook, RDMkit, …? Link to voice your ideas/concerns
• What’s in it for you and your community?
  • More users of your resources to strengthen its position and widen their applicability to other communities, getting more active contributors to maintaining and developing the resources
  • Getting recognition for establishing and adopting good practices
• How do we do this? And how to get started?
  • Now – work with us to work with our questionnaire
  • Later – self-guided contributions with a questionnaire
  • Finally – How and why will people engage in this after the programme? Part of CoS, impact, community champions, …? Link to voice your ideas/concerns
