Autocompletions for Ash

Ash autocompletions are a critical feature for many developers. They worked in ElixirLS, but do not yet exist in ExpertLS.

We haven't put much thought yet into how well implemented extensions like this, so no commitment other than to research at this time.

I've also spoken to the team and they've bene receptive but naturally have to prioritize 😄. I'm happy to help with the solution when the time comes, and I think something far far better than what we have for ElixirSense is possible, much more stable etc.
