Cannot find `use`d modules

Expert installed through nix:

nix shell> expert --version
0.1.0-rc.5

nix shell> elixir --version
Erlang/OTP 27 [erts-15.2.7.6] [source] [64-bit] [smp:12:12] [ds:12:12:10] [async-threads:1] [jit]

Elixir 1.18.4 (compiled with Erlang/OTP 27)

editor helix:

nix shell> hx --version
helix 25.07.1 (a05c151b)

Mac os: Sonoma 14.1.1 (23B81)

Expert seems to have a hard time finding modules beinge used. I'm not sure what other information to include here but happy to add anything I can.

What's your project structure? Monorepo?

monorepo with a bunch of other projects, only one elixir project though and it's not an umbrella. helix started in the root directory of the project or of the elixir app same issue

From the logs you shared, it seems the engine is started for the workspace root, and then dying because expert thinks it's a non-mix project and we don't have proper support for them (see #398), but I'm not sure how it relates to the issue of not finding used modules
Is this something you can reproduce with a minimal phoenix project? What is the helix configuration you're using? And can you reproduce with other editors?
