Description

Plan and execute the initial beta launch of Eliza App. Target: Wednesday Feb 18, 2026. Limited to ~100 Google OAuth users (unverified app).

Context (Feb 16 meeting)

Boris: "I'm thinking that we release this week. Google verification is not complete yet. We're limited to 100 people, which I think is fine. If we have 100 active users with Google connected, that's a pretty good start."

Boris on approach: "I do want to treat this like a real beta in which people are actually asking to get access, even though there is no barrier. Whether it's an announcement on Discord, one tweet saying check out Eliza app — that's sufficient. I don't think we need anything more to get to at least 100 users."

Ben C (GTM): Shared go-to-market planning doc with messaging and approach for building a side community. Suggested invite-only feel with 100 beta users, "underground" positioning before a big announcement. Boris and Ben C to sync Wednesday.

Boris on Google verification justification: "There might be hesitation to do the security audit without having some sort of product market fit. By doing so here this week, that potentially gets us there."
