timelock encryption

back in 2023 i was already thinking about how to integrate drand timelock encryption, it might be good to re-consider it, a lot of people are asking for a delay https://github.com/drand/tlock

Didn't know this was a thing.

Personally I am not concerned about requiring internet to access the drand decrypt key. If the world ends up without internet, we are screwed anyway and there is no hope in any recovery of my online stuff anyway.
