Is there a way to map the copilot key to wincompose?

Internally, it sends Win+Shift+F23. WinCompose doesnt seem to allow combinations, nor does it respect PowerToys Keyboard Manager. Is there a way to do this?

Sorry for the delay in responding, so when you use powertoys keyboard manager wincompose still picks it up as the original key?

finally got round to looking into this and i noticed that there was a bug report on keyboard manager about problems rebinding the copilot key viewable here which might be the same issue
