Bug with the Japanese IME #4

Hello,
That's a bug that is present for some times now. and seems difficult to resolve.
WinCompose doesn't register properly when using the Japanese IME and a Japanese Keyboard.
I previously mentionned those bugs in your PR (samhocevar#535), but I guess it is better to have them tracked on your repo as well now.

Not sure what happen though but I can do test for you if you want to narrow down the options.
