Overlap calculations

Important utterance properties relate to overlap between utterances.

As discussed with @aliandalopez and @liesenf, the following properties are relevant:

• Overlap at the start of the utterance; a boolean (overlap_start)
• Overlap at the end of the utterance; a boolean (overlapped_end)
• The fraction of the utterance that is overlapping with any other turn; a float between 0-1 (overlap_percentage)
• The total duration of the overlap_start; an integer in ms (overlap_counter)

All is conditional on dyadic conversation, though is this in a context window, or in the entire conversation? @liesenf and @aliandalopez, please weigh in! :)

Also, any I missed? And does the naming make sense?

This is another key issue that got snowed under but that would be great to have implemented. The implementation sketched by @bvreede seems an excellent start to be. Anything missing @liesenf ?

So for an utterance in full overlap, overlap_start and overlapped_end would both be 1, overlap_percentage (or overlap_fraction, see below) would be 1, and overlap_duration would be equal to duration. Correct?

BTW if overlap_percentage is a float between 0-1, then it is not a percentage but a fraction — rename to overlap_fraction?
