Workflow Instance List View Extensibility in Elsa 3

Hi all, I'm currently using Elsa 3.5, and I want to add a bulk action to the Workflow Instance List view page.

I found an old PR where @sfmskywalker added this feature to Elsa 2.0, so I can't imagine why this didnt make it into Elsa 3.0.

If anyone has any idea on how to neatly accomplish this (without replacing entire razor component preferably), please advise.
