What is the issue?
When completing the assignment for the Encapsulation page of the interactive tutorial, providing an incorrect implementation still shows success:
According to the assignment's "Show answer" section, ageCheck should have an as: 'global' guard but as: 'scoped' triggers success anyway.
PS: I wasn't sure how to answer the "What is the type of issue?" question. Maybe need a new option for "Interactive tutorial problem" or something like that?
