Quick Action AI Prompt Button Works Intermittently #729

Summary
The quick-action button for generating an AI prompt behaves inconsistently.
Sometimes clicking the button triggers the prompt immediately, but other times the input is captured without actually running, and I have to manually click the Submit button for it to work.
Current Behavior
- When I click the quick-action button, it sometimes submits the prompt instantly (expected behavior).
- Other times, it only inserts the text into the input box but does not auto-submit.
- In those cases, I must manually click Submit, which breaks the expected workflow.
- This inconsistency makes the feature feel unreliable and unpredictable.
Expected Behavior
The quick-action button should consistently do one of the following:
- Automatically submit the prompt immediately after inserting the text
Additional Notes
