``Python :: Run file (buffer)`` does only stop on exception if there is at least one breakpoint in any file

I had a ghost breakpoint which helped stopping on exceptions, but after it dissappeared, I need to manually set a breakpoint in any file for dap-mode to stop on exceptions.
