How can I install openai?

When I try to install, it says:

(error "Could not find package openai. 

On the openai page it doesn't say how to install it.

The installation is roughly the same. How do you install this package? You should able to install openai in the same way.

It would be nice if the documentation says the openai package is a prerequisite for this package.
