MFA code did not arrive to eamil and there is no way to address this

I have an account and was trying to sign in. I was sent an MFA but it never arrived and there is no option for a resend. I tried the whole flow again and it still did not send the code.

The MFA code is not sent via email. You need to use your authenticator app (the one you set up for MFA) to get the code. Waiting for an email will not work.
