However, in a B2B platform, a chat endpoint maintains ongoing communication with the user, routing the communication to a specific goal branch to execute sub-scenario tasks. This process might also involve collecting data from the user via a form.

In this scenario, ChatSession would likely be used for ongoing communication with the customer. However, the request in the com.embabel.chat.ChatSession#respond call would likely not only be a UserMessage but also a UserFormDataBindingMessage to bind objects to the blackboard.

We are working on better context management. For example, having a context that can span multiple executions and help populate blackboard for each. So Claude Desktop or another MCP client could manage the conversation within that session. The split between chat managed by client and Embabel conversation management is an interesting question.
