Crash with perf.resourcepacks=true

Bug Description

After removing a couple of mods from my modpack, the client started crashing on launch. The crash disappears immediately if I set mixin.perf.resourcepacks to false. According to the players on my server, not everyone is experiencing crash

Reproduction steps:

• First launch of the client with the mods that were later removed
• Removal of the mods (I removed Connector, Fabric API, and BetterEnd with BCLib, but this bug also occurred when removing other mods)
• Relaunching the client without the removed mods.

There have been isolated reports of this for sometime but I've been unable to determine what mod causes it, since in every other case it only seems to crash sometimes. It reliably crashes on every launch for you?

I have some ideas for debugging this, but I can't reproduce it myself. Do you still have a copy of the crashing pack, and if so would you be willing to try some test builds?

This situation happened to me too, but since it's a pack with close to 400 mods, I think sharing it would be a bit difficult.

I'll add a comment once I'm able to test it, as this bug occurred while I was fixing the modpack due to another bug occurring.

I think it's reproducible in my environment now, if you send me a test build I can see if it gets fixed.

Apparently, this is a bug probably related to the mod loader. I accidentally got the same crash when removing a mod from a NeoForge 1.21.1 modpack, and neither removing ModernFix nor adding the mod back to the pack helped.
