Modernfix Breaking Polytone Creative Tab Modifiers

Bug Description

Modernfix causes polytone's creative tab modifiers to only work after using a /reload command, instead of immediately after world load.

Reproduction Steps

Download modernfix and polytone, and add any resource pack that uses polytone to edit creative tabs.

Is this still an issue? Unable to reproduce with the following mod versions and the resource pack mentioned in the log. I see the Farmer's Delight crates added to the building blocks tab.
