How to use a custom model to evaluate MIEB?

The README.md provide good examples for using a custom model for MTEB. However, it seems that there are no example for how to create a custom model for MIEB evaluation. Anyone can help plz?

Generally, they should implement the ImageEncoder interface. (the comments here seems to be leftovers from review, I will clean them up in a PR)

You can find examples in the mteb/models folder, here is an example from clip.
