Deleted mirrored secrets aren't recreated automatically #560
Description
Secrets that are automatically created by auto-mirroring and undergo deletion aren't being automatically created.
Restarting the reflector deployment forces the re-creation of these secrets, but ideally no such action should be required, as for some it can be initiated only by a cluster operator.
