Should we link to contact info for governors? #2

- From a quick search, I found this for California.
- And Courtney Milan linked to this in her thread for Colorado. The mailing address is here.
Should we include these in resources, so that folks know where to send the letters? I've heard from friends that calls > written letters > printed letters > emails; would it be helpful to mention that, too?
