Add Resources #2
Description
The MCP standard exposes the option to have resources (in addition to tools) which is an opportunity for us to provide condensed versions of the userguide and Python documentation. This should be autogenerated and not hardcoded.
In particular ther ecould be resource endpoints for searchspace, objective and recommender that outline the valid choices or ways to construct them and when to go for what choice (this is kind of similar to the userguide)
